Sample Program of Incentive Travel Cuba

There is no better way to motivate your commercial staff or independent sales people then to invite them once a year to an exotic luxurious place to relax together and talk about business in a relaxed way. For this many companies of stature organize incentive trips and many come to Cuba. www.cubafortravel.com has the experience to make this week of the year into something really special that people will remember and be grateful for.

Here we give you an example of how this week of Incentive Travel Cuba would be.

Day 1: The group arrives in the International airport of Havana. We provide a VIP service on arrival to assist the guests pass customs. The Cubafortravel guide welcomes you all in the VIP lounge where the first cocktails are served. After a short relaxation we go by bus to the centre of Havana. For overnight we suggest the very well located Parque Central of the NH chain. On arrival luggage service and check in are very swift and personalized. At night the group is invited at the roof terrace for an exclusive dinner. The place has great views over the city. A life band brings you right into the Cuban ambience.

Day 2: After breakfast the Havana Bicycle Club is waiting for us outside. In a well accompanied and secure organization we ride on bike through the city visiting places like the Malecon, the Plaza de la Revolucion, a fruit and vegetables market, the Chinese Quarter, the Cemetery of Christoffer Columbus, and much more. It is a very unique and original way to discover the city.

For lunch we arrive at the Plaza de la Catedral in Old Havana. At the Bodeguita del Medio restaurant we have Creole lunch. This restaurant is world famous for being a Hemingway hang out and is being copied from Paris to Mexico City.

After lunch we have a gentle stroll with the guide through Old Havana to marvel at 18th and 19th century palaces now declared Patrimony of Humanity. We make a stop at the Havana Club Museum of Rum for an explanation of the production process of rum and of course we have a shot of old rum.

In the evening we walk from the hotel through Old Havana to the best restaurant in town, the Café del Oriente. Here we have a relaxing gourmet dinner to end a beautiful day.

Day 3: After breakfast we walk to the Capitol building in Havana, an exact copy of Capitol Hill in Washington. Here we reserved one of the historic meeting rooms used by the senators before the Cuban Revolution. With all modern facilities at hand a company meeting and presentation can be organized. For the partners we organize a shopping or art gallery tour.

For lunch everybody meets in the a la carte restaurant of Parque Central hotel. After refreshing we make a visit to the Partagas cigar factory where the original Cuban cigars are rolled. After the tour there is possibility to buy in the factory shop. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure.

In the evening we walk to the Palace of the Duke of Villanueva where the restaurant is entirely decorated in the tobacco theme. We start with cocktails and a short appetizer cigar. After a gourmet dinner of mixed grill we end with Cuban coffee and rum and a big Churchill type cigar.

Day 4: After breakfast we go to Teatro America where dance professors are awaiting us. We are in for a few hours of dance lessons to get into the Cuban rhythms.

Lunch and the afternoon are at leisure.

At night we gather at the roof terrace of Ambos Mundos hotel with great views over the bay of Havana. Here a Cuban buffet and open cocktail bar wait for us. The band Ecos de Siboney, grandsons of the legendary lead singer Compay Segundo of the Buena Vista Social Club, together with our dance teachers will make this Cuban salsa night into an unforgettable experience.

Day 5: After breakfast we leave Havana for Varadero. In the train station of Guanabo at the other side of the bay the authentic electric train of Hershey will take us in direction of Cubas best beach resort. On board a musical band and an open bar guarantee the fun. The scenery is true Cuban countryside and sugar fields. After an hour and half of train we continue one hour more by bus to Varadero.

We suggest Paradisus Varadero of the Solmelia chain. In our view it is he most luxurious all inclusive resort in Varadero. All drinks and food are included and rooms are all junior suites.

At night we can have dinner in the a la carte Spanish restaurant exclusive for the group.

Day 6: This day we preserve for company meetings and workshops in the hotel meeting rooms. The guests are in all inclusive so can have their meals freely as they please.

Day 7: After breakfast an exclusive catamaran takes us sailing on sea to Cayo Blanco Island. On the way there is plenty of time for snorkelling, sunbathing and relaxing. Lunch and all drinks are included.

At night we have a special setting for dinner. The beach of the hotel is ours. We set up an exclusive buffet for the group right in the sand of the beach. A life salsa band takes care of the ambience and we can dance and watch the show with the stars above us.

Day 8: Before driving to the airport of Havana we have a la carte lunch together in the Italian restaurant of the hotel. On the way to Havana we make a brief stop at the Bucanayagua Bridge for our last views of the Cuban country side and for a great freshly prepared Piña Colada.
